Misconduct Statements

Research misconduct means fabrication, falsification, citation manipulation, or plagiarism in producing, performing, or reviewing research and writing an article by authors, or in reporting research results. When authors are found to have been involved with research misconduct or other serious irregularities involving articles that have been published in scientific journals, Editors have a responsibility to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the scientific record.

In cases of suspected misconduct, the Editors and Editorial Board will use the best practices of COPE to assist them to resolve the complaint and address the misconduct fairly. This will include an investigation of the allegation by the Editors. A submitted manuscript that is found to contain such misconduct will be rejected. In cases where a published paper is found to contain such misconduct, a retraction can be published and will be linked to the original article.

Publication Decision

The editors of this journal are responsible for deciding whether an article is suitable for publication. Verification and validation of the work, as well as its urgency for authors and readers, should always guide this decision. Editors may be guided by the journal editorial board's policies and constrained by legal requirements regarding libel, plagiarism, and copyright infringement. Editors may confer with other editors or the peer review committee in making this decision.

Fair Play

The editors of this journal always evaluate manuscripts based on the quality of the writing without regard to the authors' race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, political philosophy, or paradigm.

Confidentiality
The editors of this journal shall not disclose any information regarding submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the authors, expert editors, and publishers.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest

Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor's own research without the express written consent of the author.

Reviewers Responsibilities

Contribution to Editorial Decisions

Expert reviewers' assessments help editors make editorial decisions through editorial communication with authors, which can also help authors improve their writing.

Promptness
Any selected referee who feels unqualified to review the research reported in a manuscript or knows that its prompt review will be impossible should notify the editor and excuse himself from the review process.

Confidentiality
Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. These documents must not be shown or discussed with others unless authorized by the editor.

Objectivity Standard

The assessment process is conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is not permitted. Assessors must clearly state their views based on supporting scientific evidence.

Source Acknowledgement

All manuscript reviewers in this journal must identify the relevance of published works cited by the author. Every statement in an observation, derivation, or argument that has been reported previously must be accompanied by the relevant source. Reviewers must also ask editors to pay attention to similarities between the manuscript being reviewed and other published works.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

Confidential information obtained through expert review must be kept confidential and may not be used for personal gain. Reviewers may not review manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest arising from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with any author or institution associated with the manuscript.

Author's Responsibilities

Reporting Standards

All authors must present valid data, accurate reports, and objective discussions of the work produced. A paper must include sufficient detail and references to allow others to replicate the work. Statements that are deliberately invalid, inaccurate, or non-objective constitute unethical and unacceptable behavior.

Originality and Plagiarism

Authors must ensure the authenticity of their writing. They must also ensure the accuracy of quotations if they use the work and/or words of others.

Duplicate Publication, Repetition, or Simultaneous Publication

Authors should not publish manuscripts that essentially describe the same research in more than one journal. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously constitutes unethical and unacceptable behavior.

Source Acknowledgement

Acknowledgment of other people's sources or works must always be given. This is part of objectivity and appreciation. Every author must cite publications that have influenced the nature of the work submitted.

Authorship

Authors should be limited to those who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. If others have participated in specific important aspects of the research project, they should be listed as contributors. Authors must ensure that all co-authors are included in the manuscript, and that all authors have seen and approved the final version of the manuscript, and have agreed to its submission for publication.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

All authors must disclose in their manuscripts any conflicts of interest or other substantive conflicts that may be perceived to influence the results of their work. All financial support for research projects must be disclosed.

Fundamental Errors in Published Works

Authors should immediately notify the editor or publisher of the journal and cooperate with the editor if they find significant errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in their work, so that it can be retracted for revision.
